Our Before and After School program focus aligns the values of Athenian Academy: embrace education, socialize with same-age students, and learn about community.

We increase student achievement and reduce risk-taking behaviors through academic support in combination with health and social enrichment programming. Our program was established to meet the needs of working parents while providing children with a fun, safe, enriching environment.

BEFORE CARE ONLY

1 Child: $140 ($35 per week)

2 Children: $240 ( $35 per week, $25 for each additional sibling)

3 Children: $340  (35+25+25 per week)

AFTER CARE ONLY

Full Time (5 days per week) After Care ONLY:

1 Child- $320 per month ( $80 per week)

2 Children- $600 per month (80 per week 1st child, $70 per week each additional sibling)

3 Children- $880 per month (80 +70+70 per week)

Part Time (3 SET days per week) After School ONLY:

1 Child- $260 monthly ($65 per week)

2 Children- $480 monthly ($65 per week, $55 per week each additional sibling)

3 Children- $700 monthly (65 +55 +55 per week)

BEFORE & AFTER CARE

Full Time (5 days per week) Before AND After Care:

1 Child- $400 per month (Add $20 per week for before care addition)

2 Children- $680 per month

3 Children- $960 per month

Part Time (3 SET days per week) AND Before Care:

1 Child: $340 (Adding $20 per week for before care addition)

2 Children: $560

3 Children: $780

Frequently Asked Questions

Pick up by 6:00pm daily.

A 10 dollar late fee will be assessed if child is picked up later than 6:10

If your child is NOT going to attend after school for the day you MUST notify the front office by no later than 2:00pm

Your child will be considered missing if you do not call to notify us.

If a child has a fever of 100.4, you will be notified to pick up your child.

Students will be given CLEAR warnings for any unnecessary behavior.

If bad behavior continues, they will be subject to writing think sheets and/or time out from play.

We have a NO HANDS ON Policy, A child violating that policy will be sent home immediately.

We also have an ANTI-Bullying policy which warrants a similar penalty and a Behavior report will be given at pick up for any occurances.

We do not offer child care camp when school is not in session.

Every Friday is FUN and different!

During the week students will pick which “Club Activity” they want to go to on Friday.

Our “Olympian of the Week” ceremony will be held each Friday to recognize young leaders hard work and good character

We have a 30 day WRITTEN cancellation policy. If a child leaves before the 30 days is up the monthly fee will still be charged through the end of the billing cycle.

Any Drop in fees, late fees, or no call fees will be due promptly by the following day.
